33mm Terms & Conditions and Rules of Use
All users of the 33mm platform should make sure they have fully read and understood these terms and conditions. This document sets out the legal agreement between 33mm and its users.
Introduction — Purpose of This Document
These Terms and Conditions govern any person ("user" or "you") who uses the 33mm platform and its services — including the website, mobile page, and related services — and form a binding legal agreement between that person and 33mm ("we", "the platform").
By accessing the platform, you are considered to have fully read and accepted these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please stop using the website and services immediately.
33mm reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. Continuing to use the platform after any amendment means you have accepted the updated terms. We recommend you revisit this page from time to time.

Section 1 — Eligibility Requirements
User Eligibility and Age Restrictions
Only individuals who meet the following requirements are permitted to use 33mm's services—
- You must be at least 21 years old. Anyone under 21 is not permitted to use this platform.
- You must confirm that you are playing of your own free will and accept responsibility for your actions.
- The account you hold on the platform must be your own personal account. Playing on behalf of a third party is not permitted.
- Each person may only open one account. Opening two or more accounts under the same identity is not permitted and may result in those accounts being closed.
- Attempting to hack, breach, or exploit the platform through unauthorized means is not permitted.
33mm reserves the right to close or suspend any account with reasonable cause and without prior notice.
Section 2 — Account & Security
Account Registration and Verification
The information you provide when registering — name, date of birth, contact details — must be accurate, complete, and your own. The platform is not responsible for any losses caused by providing false information.
The platform may request identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) for deposits, withdrawals, or transactions involving large amounts. If verification is not completed within the specified period, the account may be temporarily suspended.
§ 2.2Password and Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. 33mm is not liable for any losses resulting from sharing your account details with a third party. If you notice any unexpected access to your account, contact customer support immediately.
Section 3 — Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
Deposits
33mm supports KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and Bank Transfer for deposits. The minimum deposit amount is 3,000 Ks for all methods.
Deposits are processed in Myanmar Kyat (MMK) only. Funds cannot be used for play until the platform has verified and confirmed the deposit. If you are claiming a first deposit bonus, please read the relevant bonus terms carefully before depositing.
§ 3.2Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is 10,000 Ks. Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours of the request being received, but may take longer if additional checks are required.
Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit, and only to your own account. Transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted.
- The wagering requirement must be met in full before a withdrawal request can be submitted.
- Deposit funds and bonus funds cannot be used separately — withdrawals are only available once the full balance has been played through.
- Funds from any game wallet can be transferred back to the Main Wallet before initiating a withdrawal.
33mm may review large withdrawals in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations.
Section 4 — Bonus & Promotion Terms
Welcome Bonus
33mm offers a 150% welcome bonus on the first deposit, up to 100,000 Ks. For example — deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 30,000 Ks bonus, giving you 50,000 Ks in your account. The 30,000 Ks bonus must be wagered 10x (300,000 Ks) before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
Another example — deposit 140,000 Ks and receive the maximum bonus of 100,000 Ks, giving you 240,000 Ks in your account. The 100,000 Ks bonus must be wagered 10x (1,000,000 Ks) before it can be withdrawn.
§ 4.2Wagering Requirement
The wagering requirement is 10x the bonus amount. Bonus amount x 10 = total amount to be wagered. If you withdraw before meeting this requirement, the bonus will be forfeited.
- The wagering requirement can be completed across the various games available on the platform.
- Any remaining balance before the wagering requirement is met will continue to count as funds subject to wagering.

General Promotion Terms
33mm will announce that each individual promotion may have its own specific terms, and those terms are to be read alongside this bonus policy unless they explicitly override it. Promotions may be changed or discontinued with prior notice.
Accounts found to be abusing promotions (for example, bonus hedging) or benefiting through fraudulent means may have their bonus forfeited and their account closed.
Section 5 — Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited
The following actions are strictly prohibited when using the 33mm platform—
- Using the platform as a vehicle for money laundering or any form of financial fraud.
- Opening two or more accounts by the same individual ("Multi-accounting").
- Using software, bots, or automation tools to simulate manual gameplay.
- Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform for personal gain.
- Conducting DDoS attacks or any unauthorised access attempts.
- Threatening casino staff or other users, or directing abusive language at them.
- Providing any service or playing on behalf of a third party (Proxy Betting).
If any of the above violations are found, 33mm may freeze funds, permanently close the account, and take legal action.
Section 6 — Responsible Gaming Policy
Responsible Gaming and Self-Protection
33mm puts responsible gaming first for all players. Casino gaming is a form of entertainment — always understand the risks and only play with money you can afford to lose.
- Avoid betting more than you can afford.
- Avoid chasing losses to try to win back money you have lost.
- 33mm customer support can set a Time Limit or Deposit Limit on your account upon request.

§ 8.2Game Results
You acknowledge that there is always a risk of loss in casino games, football betting, and other games, and that you play of your own decision. 33mm is not financially or legally liable for any losses resulting from game outcomes.
If a software fault causes a game to display an incorrect prize, 33mm reserves the right to void that prize, and the correct result free of the software error will apply.
Section 9 — Account Suspension and Closure
Closing Your Account Yourself
If you wish to close your account, contact 33mm customer support and submit a request. Any remaining balance (excluding bonuses) can be withdrawn at the time of closure. Bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.
§ 9.2Account Closure by 33mm
If a breach of these terms is found, 33mm may temporarily or permanently close your account without prior notice. Whether any remaining balance is returned will be decided after the platform completes its investigation.

33mm may update these terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page and the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Continued use of the platform after updates are published means you accept the revised terms.
